How Sinaty collects, uses, and protects your personal information
*Last updated: April 5, 2026*
This Privacy Policy explains how Sinaty ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use any service operated by Sinaty or by one of its affiliated brands (collectively, the "Services"). It applies to our primary domains (`sinaty.business`, `sinaty.net`, `sinaty.me`, `sinaty.dev`) and to any other website, application, or service that links to this Privacy Policy.
Sinaty is the parent company of several affiliated brands. Each brand may have its own name and domain, but all of them are operated by Sinaty and are governed by this Privacy Policy when it is referenced from the service.
By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
## 1. Who we are
Sinaty is the data controller responsible for your personal information across all services operated by Sinaty and its affiliated brands.
* **Privacy contact:** [privacy@sinaty.business](mailto:privacy@sinaty.business)
* **Security contact:** [security@sinaty.business](mailto:security@sinaty.business)
## 2. Information we collect
We only collect information that is necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Services.
**Account information** you provide when you register or use a service:
* Email address
* Username and display name
* Password (stored only as a salted cryptographic hash)
* Profile details you choose to add (such as an avatar or bio)
* Authentication factors you set up (such as two-factor authentication)
**Content you submit** to the Services:
* Messages, comments, posts, images, files, and other content you send or upload
**Technical and usage information** collected automatically when you use the Services:
* IP address
* Device and browser information (user agent, operating system, device identifiers used for session security)
* Approximate location derived from IP address (country/region level)
* Timestamps and records of actions taken on your account
* Service, feature, and page usage data
* Error and diagnostic information
**Communications** you send to us, such as support messages and feedback.
**Cookies and similar technologies** strictly necessary to operate the Services (for example, authentication and session cookies). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
## 3. Information we do not collect
* We do **not** collect or store payment card numbers or bank account details. Any payments are processed directly by regulated payment providers, who handle that data under their own policies.
* We do **not** collect special categories of data (such as health, biometric, or political data) and we ask you not to submit them.
* We do **not** sell, rent, or trade personal information.
## 4. How we use your information
We use your information for the following purposes:
* **Providing the Services** — creating and managing your account, authenticating you, delivering features you request, and operating game servers, websites, and applications.
* **Security and abuse prevention** — detecting and preventing unauthorized access, fraud, abuse, attacks, and violations of our Terms of Service; maintaining audit and security logs.
* **Content safety** — automatically screening user-submitted content (messages, comments, images, and similar) using AI-based moderation systems to ensure it complies with our Terms of Service and to keep our communities safe. See [Section 6](#6-ai-content-review).
* **Communications** — responding to your requests and sending important service notices (for example, security alerts, account changes, and material updates to these policies).
* **Service improvement** — understanding how the Services are used so we can fix issues, improve performance, and develop new features.
* **Legal compliance** — complying with applicable laws and responding to lawful requests from authorities.
## 5. Legal bases for processing (EU/EEA/UK users)
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
* **Performance of a contract** — to provide the Services you request and to fulfill our Terms of Service.
* **Legitimate interests** — to secure our Services, prevent abuse, keep our platforms safe, and improve our offerings; these interests are balanced against your rights.
* **Consent** — where we ask for it (for example, optional communications or features you explicitly enable). You may withdraw consent at any time.
* **Legal obligation** — to comply with laws we are subject to.
## 6. AI content review
To keep our communities and services safe, user-submitted content — including messages, comments, images, and similar content — is automatically reviewed by AI moderation systems before or shortly after it is published.
* The purpose of this review is to detect content that violates our Terms of Service (for example, illegal, harmful, or abusive content).
* The review is automated. We do not use it to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you without a possibility of human review.
* If content is flagged, it may be restricted, removed, or escalated to our moderation staff for a human decision.
* You can contest a moderation decision by contacting [support@sinaty.business](mailto:support@sinaty.business).
## 7. How we share your information
We keep your information internal to Sinaty. We do **not** share it with third parties **except** in the following limited cases:
* **With your explicit consent**, for example when you choose to connect a third-party account or use a feature that requires sharing.
* **Service providers strictly necessary to operate the Services**, such as infrastructure and security providers we rely on. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data and may only use it to deliver their service to us.
* **Legal requirements**, when we are legally required to disclose information to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or a valid government request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Sinaty, our users, or the public.
* **Business transfers**, if Sinaty is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify affected users and ensure continued protection of personal information.
We do **not** sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under US state privacy laws.
## 8. International data transfers
We are based in and primarily host data within the European Union. Where data needs to be transferred to a country that does not have an adequacy decision from the European Commission, we use appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with supplementary measures where necessary.
## 9. Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy:
* **Account data** — kept while your account is active, and deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after you request deletion or your account is closed.
* **Security and audit logs** — retained for a limited period necessary to investigate incidents, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized.
* **Content you submit** — kept while it remains on the Service or until you delete it, subject to backup and legal retention requirements.
* **Legal and compliance records** — kept for the period required by applicable law.
When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
## 10. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including:
* Encryption in transit (TLS) and encryption at rest for sensitive data.
* Salted cryptographic hashing of passwords.
* Role-based access control and the principle of least privilege for internal access.
* Logging and monitoring of system and account activity.
* Regular security reviews and updates.
No system is perfectly secure. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the competent authorities where required by law.
## 11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
**If you are in the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland (GDPR/UK GDPR):**
* Access to your data
* Correction of inaccurate data
* Erasure ("right to be forgotten")
* Restriction of processing
* Objection to processing based on legitimate interests
* Data portability
* Withdrawing consent at any time (without affecting prior processing)
* Lodging a complaint with your local data protection authority
**If you are in California (CCPA/CPRA):**
* Right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
* Right to delete personal information
* Right to correct inaccurate personal information
* Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share)
* Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information
* Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights
**Other US states** (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and others with comprehensive privacy laws): you may have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and certain profiling.
To exercise any of these rights, email [privacy@sinaty.business](mailto:privacy@sinaty.business) from the address associated with your account. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request. You can also authorize an agent to act on your behalf where the law allows.
## 12. Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. In jurisdictions that set a higher digital consent age (for example, 16 in parts of the EU), users below that age must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact [privacy@sinaty.business](mailto:privacy@sinaty.business) and we will delete it.
## 13. Cookies
We use only cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to operate the Services (such as keeping you signed in, protecting against abuse, and remembering your preferences). We do not use advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the Services.
## 14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you through the Services or by email. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.

The rules for using Sinaty services
*Last updated: April 5, 2026*
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of any service operated by Sinaty ("we", "us", "our") or by one of its affiliated brands, including websites, applications, APIs, game servers, and email services (collectively, the "Services"). They apply to our primary domains (`sinaty.business`, `sinaty.net`, `sinaty.me`, `sinaty.dev`) and to any other website, application, or service that links to these Terms.
Sinaty is the parent company of several affiliated brands. Each brand may operate under its own name and domain, but all of them are operated by Sinaty and are bound by these Terms whenever they are referenced from the service.
**By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our [Privacy Policy](/privacy). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.**
## 1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
You must not use the Services if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.
## 2. Your account
Some Services require an account. When you create an account, you agree to:
* Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
* Keep your credentials confidential and secure.
* Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
* Notify us promptly at [security@sinaty.business](mailto:security@sinaty.business) if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion, in particular where required to protect the Services or other users, or where you breach these Terms.
## 3. Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to attempt to:
* Violate any applicable law or regulation.
* Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of others.
* Upload, send, or share content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, hateful, threatening, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise abusive.
* Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
* Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or damage the Services or the infrastructure they run on.
* Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data.
* Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services, bypass security or access controls, or circumvent rate limits, filters, or moderation systems.
* Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Services in a way that is abusive or violates specific service rules.
* Use the Services to send spam, malware, or any other harmful material.
* Use the Services to build a competing product or to train machine learning models without our express written permission.
* Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services, except to the limited extent expressly permitted by law.
We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and cooperating with law enforcement.
## 4. User content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Services ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant Sinaty a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt (for formatting and technical purposes), and transmit Your Content solely to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Services.
You represent and warrant that:
* You own or have all necessary rights to submit Your Content; and
* Your Content and our use of it as described in these Terms do not violate any law or the rights of any third party.
You are solely responsible for Your Content. We may remove or restrict any content at any time, for any reason, including if we believe it violates these Terms.
## 5. Content moderation and AI review
User-submitted content is automatically screened using AI-based moderation systems to detect violations of these Terms and to keep our Services safe. Flagged content may be restricted, removed, or reviewed by our staff. See the [Privacy Policy](/privacy#6-ai-content-review) for details.
You can appeal a moderation decision by contacting [support@sinaty.business](mailto:support@sinaty.business).
## 6. Our intellectual property
The Services, including all software, designs, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and other content we provide (excluding Your Content), are owned by Sinaty or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights.
You may not use our names, logos, or trademarks without our prior written permission.
## 7. Third-party services and links
The Services may contain links or integrations with third-party services that we do not operate. We are not responsible for those third parties, their content, or their practices. Your use of a third-party service is subject to that third party's terms and policies.
## 8. Fees and paid services
Most of our Services are free. Where a Service is paid, specific terms, prices, and billing conditions will be shown before you purchase. Payments are handled by regulated payment providers. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, fees are non-refundable.
## 9. Service availability and changes
We work hard to keep the Services available, and you can check current status at [status.sinaty.net](https://status.sinaty.net). However, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. Where reasonably practical, we will give advance notice of material changes.
## 10. Termination
You may stop using the Services or close your account at any time by contacting [support@sinaty.business](mailto:support@sinaty.business).
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, including if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or if we discontinue the Services.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions on user content licenses, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
## 11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided **"as is" and "as available"**, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected, or that the Services or the servers that make them available are free of harmful components.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you. In those jurisdictions, our warranties are limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
## 12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
* Sinaty, its owners, employees, and contributors will **not** be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
* Our total cumulative liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Services during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) EUR 100.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law (for example, liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or statutory consumer rights).
## 13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sinaty and its owners, employees, and contributors from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) Your Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party rights.
## 14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of **France**, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence still apply where they provide stronger protection.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at [ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr](https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
## 15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Services or by email before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
## 16. Miscellaneous
* **Entire agreement.** These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any service-specific terms, make up the entire agreement between you and Sinaty regarding the Services.
* **Severability.** If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest will remain in full force and effect.
* **No waiver.** Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
* **Assignment.** You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them in connection with a reorganization, merger, or sale of assets.
## 17. Contact
